Managing your subscription

Upgrading, downgrading, cancelling, and what happens to your sites.

Everything to do with your plan is on the Pricing page once you're signed in.

Changing plan

Pick a different plan and you'll go to Stripe's billing portal, which works out what you owe today and switches you over. You won't be charged twice, and an upgrade takes effect immediately.

Cancelling

  • Cancelling stops the next renewal — it doesn't refund the current month.
  • You keep full access until the end of the month you've already paid for.
  • Sites you've built stay yours — cancelling doesn't delete anything you've made.

Payments

Payments run through Stripe. Ryzor never sees or stores your card number — that goes directly to Stripe. Your receipts come by email.
