Ryzor

Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Ryzor when you use the service.

Last updated 15 July 2026

Draft — not yet reviewed. This is sensible starter wording, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it, and fill in everything in [brackets], before you take real customers.

1. Who we are

Ryzor is operated by [Your Company Name], [registered company number / sole trader], of [your business address] ("we", "us", "our"). "You" means the person or business using Ryzor.

By creating an account or using Ryzor, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to.

2. What Ryzor does

Ryzor takes a short brief about a business and generates a website from it. It is a tool for web designers and studios. We do not design, review, host, or publish the sites you generate, and we are not a party to your relationship with your own clients.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate details.
  • You are responsible for your password and for everything done through your account.
  • Tell us promptly at [support@ryzor.com] if it is compromised.
  • One account per person or business, unless we agree otherwise.

4. Plans, billing and trials

  • Ryzor is sold as a monthly subscription. Current plans and prices are on the pricing page.
  • Each plan includes a free trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, your subscription starts and your card is charged.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
  • You can cancel any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal — it does not refund the current month, and you keep access until that month ends.
  • We may change prices. We will give you at least [30] days' notice by email before a change affects you.
  • Prices exclude any tax (such as VAT or sales tax) unless stated. You are responsible for any tax that applies to you.

5. Monthly limits

Each plan allows a set number of new sites per calendar month. The count resets on the 1st. Unused sites do not carry over. Regenerating a site you have already created does not use up another one. If you reach your limit, you can upgrade or wait for the reset.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ryzor to:

  • Break the law, or infringe anyone's copyright, trade marks or privacy.
  • Generate sites that are misleading, that impersonate a real business without its permission, or that promote fraud, hate or violence.
  • Resell or repackage Ryzor itself as a competing product.
  • Attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Share one account across multiple businesses to avoid paying.

You are responsible for the briefs you submit — including having the right to use the business details you enter.

7. Who owns what

  • Your content. The briefs you write stay yours. You give us permission to use them only to run the service and generate your sites.
  • The sites you generate. As between you and us, the generated site is yours. You are free to edit it, hand it to your client, charge for it, and publish it wherever you like. We claim no ownership and take no cut.
  • Ryzor itself. The service, its software, branding and templates remain ours.

8. Generated content, and what we do not promise

Sites are produced automatically, in part using AI. That has real limits you should understand:

  • Generated wording may be generic, inaccurate, or unsuitable, and two similar businesses may get similar results.
  • You must review every site before showing it to a client or publishing it. You are the designer of record, not us.
  • We do not promise a generated site is unique, accurate, legally compliant, accessible, or fit for any particular purpose.
  • Any photographs supplied through the service are subject to the licence of whoever provides them. Check before commercial use.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Ryzor running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

10. Ending it

  • You may cancel or delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or close your account if you materially break these terms, or if payment fails. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
  • After closure we may delete your data — see the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep first.

11. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows: Ryzor is provided "as is"; we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data or indirect losses; and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Ryzor after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of [your jurisdiction], and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
