Ryzor
Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and who else gets to see it.
Last updated 15 July 2026
Who is responsible
[Your Company Name], of [your business address], is the data controller for personal data collected through Ryzor. Contact us at [privacy@ryzor.com].
What we collect
- Your account. Your email address and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password itself.
- Your briefs. The business details you type in — name, trade, town, description, phone number, style choice.
- The sites you generate, and when you made them.
- Billing. Your plan, subscription status, and identifiers from Stripe. We never see or store your card number — that goes directly to Stripe.
- Basic activity, such as sign-ins, so we can keep the account secure.
Please do not put anything sensitive in a brief. It only needs the business details that will appear on a public website anyway.
Why we use it
- To give you the service you signed up for (our contract with you).
- To take payment and prevent fraud.
- To keep accounts secure and to fix problems.
- To email you about your account, your subscription, or important changes.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it to train AI models. We will not send you marketing without your consent.
Who else sees it
To run Ryzor we pass some data to the following. Each processes it only to provide their service to us:
- Stripe — payments and subscriptions. Receives your email and billing details.
- Our AI provider — receives the brief you submit (the business name, trade, town and description) in order to write the site's wording. It does not receive your email, password or card details.
- Our stock photo provider — receives the industry you chose, in order to return relevant photographs. It does not receive anything that identifies you or your client.
- [Your hosting provider] — stores the data that runs the service.
Some of these are outside [your country], and transfers rely on the appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
Cookies
Ryzor sets one cookie: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. It is essential to the service, so there is no banner asking you to accept it. There is no advertising or third-party tracking on this site. Clearing the cookie signs you out.
How long we keep it
- Account and site data: while your account is open.
- After you close your account: deleted or anonymised within [30] days, except where we must keep records longer.
- Billing records: kept for [7] years, because tax law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it elsewhere. Email [privacy@ryzor.com] and we will respond within [30] days.
If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to your local data protection regulator — in the UK, the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Security
Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to customer data is limited to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects you we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.
Children
Ryzor is a business tool and is not intended for under-18s.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
