Getting started

How to create your first site

The whole path, from the brief to handing it over — about a minute.

Ryzor turns a short brief about a business into a finished, responsive website. You don't design anything from scratch — you answer six questions, and Ryzor builds the copy, layout, colours and photography. Here's the whole thing.

Before you start

You'll need an active plan. If you're on the free trial that counts — pick a plan from the pricing page and you're ready. You don't need anything from the client except the basics below.

Fill in the brief

From your dashboard, press Create New Site, then answer:

  • Business name — exactly as it should appear.
  • Type of business — pick the closest match. This shapes the wording and the stock photography.
  • City or town — include the state or region (e.g. "Portland, OR"), which helps the copy sound local.
  • A sentence about what they do — in the owner's own words if you have them. This is the single biggest lever on quality, so it's worth writing properly.
  • Phone number — appears on the site as a clickable call button.
  • A colour and style — six presets, from warm and handmade to bold and modern. You can change this later.

Generate

  1. 1Press Generate. A building screen shows Ryzor working through the site.
  2. 2In about a minute the finished site appears — you can view it at desktop or phone width, or open it in its own tab.
  3. 3Not quite right? Use Refine to tweak the colours or headline in place, or Regenerate for a completely fresh take.
  4. 4When you're happy, open it in a new tab and hand it to your client, or save the page to host it yourself.
Always read the whole site before showing a client. The wording is generated, and you're the designer — a quick pass to catch anything off is part of the job.
