Three steps, in the order most studios use them: share a preview with the client, publish once they're happy, then connect their own domain. All three are on the site's page in your dashboard.
Share with your client
- 1Under Share with your client, press Create a client link.
- 2Press Copy and send the link to your client yourself. Nothing goes out automatically — Ryzor never contacts your client for you.
- 3Your client can view the site, request a change, approve it and — if you've turned on payment for that link — pay you, all from the link.
- 4You'll see on the link when they've viewed it, asked for a change, approved or paid. Need a fresh one? Press New link.
On the Agency plan and above, the client link carries your studio's brand instead of a neutral one — see Using white label.
Publish
- Press Publish site. It goes live at a real web address in a few seconds.
- Changed something since? Re-publish puts the latest version live.
- Unpublish takes it down again at any time.
Connect the client's own domain
- 1Under Client's own domain, enter their domain — for example clientsite.com.
- 2Ryzor looks up who actually runs that domain's DNS, which isn't always where it was bought, and shows you the exact records to add — each with its Host, its Value and a Copy button.
- 3Someone with the client's registrar login adds those records, once. Both the plain domain and the www version are covered.
- 4Press Verify. Ryzor only shows Serving once it has actually fetched the domain and found the site on it.
DNS changes can take a while to spread. If it isn't serving straight away, give it time and verify again.
Ryzor never asks for your client's registrar password, and never stores it. Whoever already has that login adds the records — Ryzor tells them exactly what to add and where.
